Mmmm…pie

As promised, here are some photos of my apple pie.

I used a deep dish pie plate, NYS Empire apples, bought in Niagara County before I went home to PA, and the Betty Crocker cookbook.

Mmmm….looks yummy! Did you make the crust from scratch?

I -so- suck at pastry crusts.

I did, Debbie. Crusts are one of the things that I seem to be able to do! 🙂

The Baker says, “Ooooh!” Yumminess abounds.
