Just got the mail and there is NO DVD FROM NETFLIX.

Don’t they know how I *need* my Veronica Mars?

  1. HATE NETFLIX! HATE, HATE, HATE THEM!!! I finally got to the last DVD of the last season of Six Feet Under last week and when it came in the mail, it was cracked. Not like a little scratch, not like a little smudge, the thing was cracked. I had to send it back and am waiting for another one and hoping it plays. Grrrrrrr!!!!!!

  2. Have you been renting and returning them more quickly lately? Netflix throttles users who rent a lot of DVDs, giving them lower priority than users who rent less often (and are therefore more profitable for Netflix.) In fact there was a class action suit about this that was settled and Netflix updated its user agreement to explicitly state this policy.
