Survived my first long Tuesday…of course, it wasn’t quite as long as it will normally be, because I let the evening class out a bit early.
I bought (another) new pillow. At this rate, I probably would have been better off buying the $200 pillow! Ahem. Since I have no money at the moment, I wandered into JC Penney (where I have a charge with no balance) last night, and they had memory foam pillows on sale. So I bought one. I think I like it…
I also looked at these shoes, which I’ve been wanting to buy for quite a while. I was excited to see that they had them at the store, because hey! Charge! Unfortunately, they must not be carrying that particular shoe anymore. They only had a few left, none of which were my size, and the catalog doesn’t have them. Boo. My old $20 Oxfords really need to be replaced, as they do every year.
ETA: Got ’em! And they were on sale!
This is FINALLY being released on DVD! I am so excited! š
Oh, and I got my very first set of free mailing labels at the new address! Does anyone else feel guilty using the free mailing labels and not donating to the various charitable organizations that send them? I did send a small donation to one, once…children’s leukemia, I think. I was overwhelmed by guilt.

SO LUCKY! FIRST SET OF MAILING LABELS! I am still waiting for mine. I must have thrown out at least 10 sets of the old ones.

I got my first set, too. My friend’s husband throws them out if he doesn’t donate. That doesn’t seem quite right either, though.

NEVER feel guilty about using the address labels. You didn’t ask for them and the cost for them to make them is negligible. Use them in good health & donate to charities you choose, not the ones who choose you.
Dig the shoes. If you’re going to spend money on something, spend it on quality, comfy shoes.
I would never throw them out. That’s just silly!
Use the labels guilt-free. All the free ones I’ve seen have logos of one kind or another. Think of using them as giving whoever ad space on your envelopes. It’s a fair trade!
I love my memory pillows! Love to have a mattress, but they’re too $$$.
