The only day I worked this week was Monday. Tomorrow, exams start, so I’m probably done for the year.

I’ve been applying for a bunch of freelance writing stuff, hoping to avoid doing any kind of temp work…it’s only a few weeks, really (I’ll be getting paid through the end of this month), and I think I can make it through. The freelance work would help, though. *fingers crossed*

I’ve been meaning to write at least short posts about the books I’ve been reading, but I just haven’t gotten around to it. Today, I finished reading a graphic novel, which I’ll post over at Required Reading in the next day or two.

I also went for a walk, helped a friend with a short story she’s working on, applied for some writing jobs, briefly chatted with a couple of people, cooked lunch, hunted down some books in the basement (harder than it sounds!), and caught up on blogreading.

Tonight, I have yoga…we’ve been off for two weeks, so I’m really looking forward to getting back into it!
