1. School has been crawling with germs, and it seems they’re catching up with me.
2. The not really unexpected but still crappy news that came my way last night, totally bumming me out.
3. Ants. I don’t really feel like going into more detail on that one, but ant traps have been purchased. Argh.
4. Fourth place in the Biggest Loser contest. Not that I’m surprised…but getting so close made me want to taste victory!
5. Hrm. I thought there was more, but I can’t remember.
Oh well. Off to drink lots of fluid, take lots of vitamins. and try to rest as much as I can. Bah.
We found that the run-of-the-mill ant traps don’t really work all that well. Your best bet is to find out where they’re coming from outside and putting out the Tarro (sp?) liquid bait (just make sure critters can’t get to it).
Alternately, we’ve had some luck with the ant sprays inside (spray the most problem of areas), but you should probably wait until you can open your windows for a few hours, as the smell is a bit much.
Also, if you decide to spray outside, make sure you spray INSIDE first, otherwise, the spraying outside will just chase them inside. Yes, unfortunately, I know this from experience.
I hate ants. Hate, hate, hate. Spiders… I’ll catch them at release them outside. Ants…must…die.
