I received a mysterious looking envelope in the mail on Saturday. It had just my name and address on the front, a Buffalo postmark, and on the back of the envelope it said “Angel, LLC.” Black ink. It kind of looked like one of those fake letters trying to look real that you sometimes get from car dealerships and such.
Inside, was this photo:
On the left, covered in streamers, is my and Jen’s old roommate. On the right, with the red devil eyes, is me (duh). In the background is the cardboard cutout of Angel given to me by Stephanie.
With the photo was this letter:
At first, I laughed. I (naturally) assumed that it was from Jen…that she had Mark do the writing so that I wouldn’t recognize it, and we’d all have a good laugh.
Yesterday, I mentioned it in an email to Jen, and she had NO IDEA what I was talking about. Several emails back and forth convinced me that she was genuinely perplexed.
Bottom line? I have not a single clue as to who sent this. So if you’re reading, fess up!

I had a “Boreanaz” expert take a look and she claims….while crying because he never sends HER a note…that it looks like HIS handwriting. It’s not me…although I have been known to purchase giant life-like cardboard cutouts of David for certain insane friends who then put undies on his head and took pictures of THAT…it wasn’t me. Did any of your friends recently attend some convention or even where he may have been? 😉

And whoever sent this…holy crap, kudos! When Erin sent me the note on Friday about ta letter and a bed, I said YAY BED and thought maybe someone sent her an autographed copy of a picture of Angel or something for a late bday present. But this? I HAVENT EVEN SEEN THAT PICTURE BEFORE? Erin was it yours?

Jen, it doesn\’t look like his handwriting to me, and I honestly have no clue when the photo was taken…so I have no idea if he would have been there. And I have no memory of this picture. I really don\’t think it\’s mine.
Mystery solved, everyone…fear not, Deo and Kou. David did not actually write me a letter. It was the devious work of our friends Rachel and Brian. 🙂
