A 10+ year old picture
Me and Jen with country singer Collin Raye at a concert in Myrtle Beach. I’m having trouble remembering what year this was, but the last time we went to Myrtle Beach was 2000, and I don’t think this was that year.
But here’s another one for good measure:
Me and Lisa, Alpha Delta Pi Spring Party, 1994 (I think).
What’s that? You want to see a pic of me in high school?
That’s me going to the prom in 1990. (Yes, I cropped ex bf out of the photo…)
Yeah, I kinda lost track there. I’m going to skip to Day 17.
A Childhood Picture
I was somewhere around 4-5 in this photo, which makes this the late 70s. That might be the longest my hair has ever been. 😉
When we were kids, people used to think my friend Jennifer and I were related. I didn’t get it then, but looking at this picture, I can kind of see what they were talking about!
I know, it’s probably hard to remember…I retreated into my little hidey-hole, and I’ve barely even poked my head in this last little bit. And then when I do come around, I can barely think of anything that’s worth posting about. Hrm.
Well, I posted a few photos of OVFF 2009. And when I say “a few,” I really mean it. 😉 Good times were had. Maybe, if I get motivated, I’ll post some more thoughts on that…maybe. No promises.
The college semester is rapidly coming to a close, believe it or not. I was asked to teach again next semester, and I said yes, for several reasons:
1. As busy as I’ve been, I have really, really enjoyed teaching this class.
2. It’s kind of fun to share a workspace with Rand, even if just for a small amount of time.
3. I like being in the city regularly.
4. I figure that accepting the position now will give me a bit of breathing room as far as planning and such that I didn’t have for the current semester. (I’ve been pretty much flying by the seat of my pants, which lends itself to the overall overwhelmedness…)
I’m pretty sure that I had more that I wanted to add to this post, but I got distracted while posting it, and now I don’t remember…ah well. 😉 Happy weekend, everyone!
I’ve stareted to upload photos. Vacation photos will be going into this set.
I also uploaded some calligraphy stuff I did yesterday. Enjoy!
Jen tagged me. I was at work when I saw the post. I took this with my phone.
Ten? Really?
Hrm…
Okay. Jessica, Nicole, Linda, Caoimhe, Kelly, Julie Anne and, oh heck, whoever wants to play. Just leave me a comment if you do. 🙂
So, I finally got around to uploading some photos that have been hanging out on my camera for, oh, a month or so (as well as some recent ones). Will get to titles and descriptions soon. 😉
I managed to upload some photos to flickr today, with titles and descriptions even. Whoo!
Here’s a little sample…all photos of things I’ve baked recently:
Pumpkin bread
Blackberry pie
Foccacia
Mmmm…
Enjoy!
